第一步:备材料
Step 1: Prepare document
用人单位招用下列9类人员:⑴本市登记失业人员⑵年满16周岁,从各类学校毕(结、肄)业未继续升学或经教育行政部门批准退学的本市非农业户籍劳动力⑶初次在本市就业的进京落户劳动力⑷取得本市非农业户籍的复员转业军人⑸刑满释放、假释、监外执行、社区矫正或解除劳动教养的本市非农业户籍劳动力⑹常住外地或移居境外后回京的本市非农业户籍劳动力⑺符合⑵至⑹项规定的城市化建设地区农业户籍劳动力⑻本市农转非劳动力⑼应办理就业登记的其他实现就业人员的,应按照规定准备单位营业执照副本或单位法人证书副本原件及复印件、与实现就业人员签订的劳动合同、加盖单位公章的《用人单位招用人员就业登记表》等材料为招用人员办理单位就业登记手续。
If an employer recruits one of the following 9 types of people: (1) Unemployed people registered in Beijing; (2) Labor force with non-agricultural household registration who are aged 16 or above and don’t proceed with education after graduation from various schools (with or without diplomas) or are approved to leave school by the educational administration authority; (3) Labor force who migrate to Beijing and are first employed; (4) Retired servicemen who obtain the non-agricultural household registration in Beijing; (5) Labor force with non-agricultural household registration in Beijing who are released after completion of a sentence, released on parole, judged to serve a sentence out of prison, rectified at community or released from labor education; (6) Labor force with non-agricultural household registration in Beijing who reside outside of Beijing or return to Beijing after migrating overseas; (7) Labor force with agricultural household registration in the urban construction area who satisfy conditions specified by items (2) to (6); (8) Labor force transferring an agricultural household registration to non-agricultural household registration in Beijing; (9) Other employed people who shall complete the employment registration, the employer shall, pursuant to provisions, prepare the duplicate of its business license or the original and copy of the institutional legal person license, the labor contract signed with the person who realizes employment, the Employer’s Registration Form of Recruited People affixed with the common seal and other materials to complete the employment procedure for the recruited person.
第二步:办登记
Step 2: Handle registration
用人单位应按照规定于招用之日起30日内,向注册地或经营地社会保障事务所提交办理就业登记的相关材料。注册地或经营地社会保障事务所对用人单位提交的相关登记材料进行受理并审核,材料齐全无误的,按规定为用人单位办理单位就业登记手续。
The employer shall, pursuant to provisions, submit relevant documents for employment registration to the social security affair office in the place of registration or business within 30 days after recruitment. The social security affair office in the place of registration or business accepts and reviews relevant registration documents submitted by the employer, and completes the employment registration procedure for the employer, if the documents are complete and free from errors.
第三步:反结果
Step 3: Feed back result
街道(乡镇)社会保障事务所向用人单位反馈办理结果。并将单位营业执照副本或单位法人证书副本、与实现就业人员签订的劳动合同、《就业失业登记证》等交还用人单位。整理留存相关办理材料。
The sub-district (town) social security affair office in the place of registration or business feeds back the processing result to the employer. At the same time, the office returns the duplicate of the business license, the duplicate of the institutional legal person license, the labor contract signed with the person who realizes employment, the Employment/Unemployment Registration Certificate and other materials to the employer. The office sorts up and saves relevant registration documents.
注:用人单位招用上述人员范围外的实现就业人员,无需办理单位就业登记手续。
Note: If the employer recruits people who realize employment other than the aforesaid types, it will not have to complete the employment registration procedure.
